IXI Now — How It Works
How it works

Your staff remains the heart of your business

IXI simply helps guests reach them more efficiently.

IXI does not replace your staff — it gives guests control. Guests who feel in control wait less, enjoy more and order extra rounds more often.

1

Guests enjoy — without waiting

The IXI sits on the table as an ambient lamp. Guests give the signal themselves whenever they are ready to order — on their own terms, without waving or looking around.

✦ Guests feel comfortable
2

One turn — the signal ring turns red

As soon as the guest turns the lamp, the ring automatically lights up red. Your staff notices it instantly from anywhere in the venue. Purposeful walking instead of constant scanning.

✦ Staff works more efficiently
3

Faster service = higher revenue

Guests who are served quickly are more likely to order an extra drink or dessert. Less waiting means more spending moments per table throughout the evening.

Mounting

The charging station is easy to mount on the wall, so it never gets in the way. It always hangs in the same place, allowing all your staff to easily charge the IXI and place it back on the table.

Charging

At the end of the day, simply place the IXI on the charging station — up to 30 lamps can be stacked. After 10 hours of charging, remove the IXI from the station and it will automatically switch on again. This way, they are back on the table within minutes every day and work for up to 16 hours.
